Class of 2011 - Virginia

I had a great shoot with Virginia last week.  We actually had to split our senior shoot into two sessions due to rain that hit us while we were photographing.  Part two gave us a whole new look at feel as the sun was brightly shinning!  Enjoy some of the pics from our shoot.... Erin and Marcuz Engagement Photography

I had an AWESOME shoot with Erin and Marcuz last week.  When we first sat down together, they told me they were looking for something unique and different.  After a short conversation, we came up with the idea to shoot their engagement photos in a downtown setting at night.  We set out to Mt. Clemens to capture a high fashion urban shoot.  What a blast we had together creating their engagement photos.  I can't wait to work with them at their wedding next summer.  Enjoy!

Angela and James - Wedding Weekend

We had rain and sun on Angela and James' beautiful wedding day. However the weather did not stop this couple and family from having a great time.  They got married at the beautiful St. John's Episcopal Church in downtown Detroit. Congrats again to Angela and James!

Stephanie - Class of 2011

Senior Class 2011... On Location!

More on locations shoots with the class of 2011 this past week.  Shooting on location is always fun as it makes each portrait unique. We sit with each senior (and other portrait clients) to learn more about them and what they are looking for from their portrait.  Together, we can design a portrait that compliments the subject/client making it more unique as well as valuable to each person.

Detroit Free Press / Styleline Magazine Publication

We photographed Tara and Dave's beautiful outdoor wedding on August 14th.  We were happy to hear that the wedding was picked by Styleline Magazine and published in the Detroit Free Press this past Saturday.  Our photographs just about filled the entire page!  What an honor.  StyleLine magazine is a monthly magazine that celebrates all facets of metro Detroit style, with particular emphasis on fashion, beauty and home/entertaining.

The Cassidy Family

The Cassidy family had several family members in town this weekend from out of state. We took advantage of the opportunity to update their family portrait. The weather was hot but we were able to get some great shots in their backyard providing for a very unique composition. More to come... Enjoy!
